I purchased a Halls Popular Greenhouse…

I purchased a Halls Popular Greenhouse from The GardenSite co. I did have a couple of problems mainly concerning delivery and some broken glass. I emailed customer service at The Garden Site and had a prompt reply back from Gaby, a couple of emails plus a phone call from Gaby and my greenhouse is now ready to use. The after sales service I received was second to none which makes me want to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service and very good quality items. Garden Site went out of their way to help me. The original archway I wanted was no longer available, but they managed to get a substitute to me delivered very quickly on my request. The folks at customer service kept me informed and made phone calls to get my item sooner. They did not let me down. I would recommend this company for quality of product and excellent customer service. I am already looking to buy a raised wooden pond from them!

*not impressed

*ordered parts for my pond. No problem Delivery and packaging, no problemNeeded to ask a question before using the parts supplied. Answerphone said email customer services due to Covid. I fully understood the situation, however, it said they would get back to me.I Ieft messages and further emails and received automated replies. As of now about 2 months on I still have no reply, but I rang another supplier who answered my querie straight away. So no problems now

Rather disappointing experience as…

Rather disappointing experience as ordered early March and not delivered until early July. In addition despite being shrink wrapped the plastic was damaged and the the wood soaking wet when delivered

Poor quality sheds over priced no customer service.

I made the big mistake of thinking that this company that has been trading for years would give me a quality service pay good money receive quality sheds and service. What a big mistake this was the sheds are very cheaply made not fit for purpose. If you contact them they just give you the big run around try to blame you for their substandard sheds. Ovoid and use a more reputable garden shed maker.

Do not use

Ordered a statue from this website on the 14th June.received confirmation of order.but still waiting for delivery.dont answer phone and not quick to reply to emails or don't answer at all.on website didn't state statue wasn't actually coming from themselves but will be coming from the supplier.and they would contact me directly.I have no contact from either regarding an actual delivery date.gardensite told me delivery would actually be 25 working days.Asked for the suppliers direct contact details which they emailed me three days later.emailed supplier directly with all the information regarding the order and have no reply from the supplier I.E supplier Engima.terrible service. you would think they want to keep there customers

Avoid

Order No. 333579: 3 weeks after paying £420 for a Shed: they cancelled my order. Offered refund, and 5% discount off option to re-purchase alternative 7x7 wooden shed (RRP £529). Asked for the alternative, as a replacement at no extra cost (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Rather than supply at cost, David Coton (Partner) refused. "We have Thousands of Customers: I can`t keep them all happy" When I asked if he was familiar with Trading Standards and County Court procedures; for me to pursue a resolution to his Company breaking their Sales Contract: "I can give you the Guys name at TS, and I`ve had CCJ`s before".Greedy, Flippant, Ignorant, Unsympathetic and Criminal. AVOID!!
